Dennis has had a successful Real Estate career for over 25 years. He is experienced in all areas of Real Estate as a full time Real Estate Broker and possesses a high level of leadership skills. With his business being mostly comprised of referrals from past clients Dennis says “This is the highest level of a compliment one can receive in my business”.

 He is known for his exceptional negotiation expertise, customer service skills before, during and after the transaction, market knowledge, experience and overall knowledge of the real estate process. He also takes the time to actually listen to his client’s needs and his excellent follow through helps guides them through the whole real estate process from A to Z. He answers all their questions so they do not have to worry about anything.

Dennis’ areas of expertise include all aspects of Residential Real Estate with an emphasis on Sellers/ Listing homes for sale, Buyer representation and Land Acquisition and Sales. One of Dennis’ core beliefs is that he strives to always leave his clients in a much better state than when they first met. So they feel great when referring him to a friend.

Dennis is a native of the East Bay Area and along with his wife Stella has raised their family of four children in the Tri-Valley Area. They are empty nesters and currently have three grandchildren, 2 dogs and a horse.  Dennis enjoys many activities and sports including golf, weightlifting, horseback riding, tennis, fishing, baseball, football and most all sports.
